The operators of the facility are quite possibly some of the worst people I have ever had to interact with. They have no concern with customer service. They act as if it is 'their facility' and you are privileged to use it, as opposed to you supporting their business by choosing to store your stuff with them. While attempting to resolve an issue I was verbally and nearly physically assaulted by a male employee(I am a young female). He was subsequently informed from the manager that I was correct on the original issue. However, no apologies were made to me and the management continued to harass me. Even outside the singular incident I would recommend against this vendor. There are plenty of other self storage facilities in the area that I'm sure would provide much more adequate customer service, and at the very least not take their aggression out on you!
